Location West Chester, PA Company Overview WeedX Fertilizing is a fast-growing lawn fertilization, weed control, and pest management company focused on delivering professional, science-based lawn care with exceptional customer service. We are seeking a motivated, reliable leader to help run and grow the business. Position Summary This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for managing daily operations, answering customer calls, closing sales, and performing lawn fertilization and weed control services. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, sales-oriented, and comfortable working both in the field and in the office . You will be the face of WeedX—interacting with customers, managing routes, completing applications, and helping scale the company. Key Responsibilities
