Remote Pharmacist MTM & Adherence Specialist WV-licensed

Equity Staffing Group

Equity Staffing Group is seeking Clinical Pharmacists to join a Clinical Engagement Services team delivering MTM, adherence support, and disease-state management for diverse programs. This is a remote position, with preference for Pharmacists licensed in West Virginia.

You’ll conduct telephonic reviews, educate patients, and communicate recommendations to care teams. Ideal candidates have a PharmD, MTM experience, and strong communication and organizational skills.
