Travel Cardiac Cath Lab Tech

Location: Lake Nona, FL

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Travel Cardiac Cath Lab Tech to provide high-quality care in our state-of-the-art cardiac catheterization lab. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in diagnostic imaging and catheterization procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout their care journey.

Responsibilities:

• Performing various diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization procedures.
• Assisting with patient assessments, preparing patients for procedures, and monitoring vital signs.
• Collaborating with cardiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
• Maintaining and operating diagnostic imaging equipment according to safety standards.
• Documenting procedures and patient responses accurately in medical records.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Current certification as a Cardiac Catheterization Technologist.
• ARRT certification preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a cardiac cath lab setting.
• Active BLS and ACLS certifications.
