ABOUT OUR AGENCY

I’m starting my 20th year as an agent and my 33rd with State Farm. Over the years, I’ve built an agency focused on strong relationships, continuous learning, and long-term success for both our customers and our team. I’m a graduate of University of Oregon (Go Ducks!) with a double major in Finance and Management, and I hold CPCU, ChFC, and CLU designations. I lead a team of six, and we pride ourselves on being a tight-knit group that genuinely enjoys working together. Our office offers a 401(k), flexible work schedules for the right people, and a strong bonus program that rewards performance with both additional time off and significant earning potential. I also make it a priority to take care of the team - whether that’s keeping drinks stocked or providing a weekly team lunch. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member. Responsibilities Greet clients warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members. Manage appointment scheduling and office communications. Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records. Engage in sales conversations with prospective and existing clients, identifying opportunities to offer insurance solutions. Provide excellent customer service and follow up on client needs. Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects. Qualifications Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
