Job Scope

We are seeking a highly motivated, driven individual with a strong work ethic to join our Commercial Controlling Team. In this position, you will support the North America commercial organization through creation and execution of various reports, profitability analysis, and KPI tracking. This role will work in a fast-paced environment with Commercial team across North America, as well as Accounting, Manufacturing and Supply Chain. In addition, you will be responsible to review and approve quotes submitted by the Commercial organization and ensure they are aligned with the Corporate Guidelines.

What You Will Do

• Monitoring profitability through approval of Quotes in SFDC, and analysis of actual compliance compared to contracts.
• Support the creation and presentation of monthly and quarterly reviews related to revenue, volume, and price.
• Manage controlling function tasks for all North America commercial organizations with an emphasis on process improvement and optimization.
• Liaise with the Regional Commercial Controller NA to ensure that corporate accounting policies are being followed as needed in relation to Commercial activities.
• Oversee variable pricing tracking across entities to ensure consistent adoption and adherence to corporate initiatives.
• Assist in creation of Incentive Compensation plans for the Commercial organization
• Develop dashboards and KPI's as needed to support future business needs.
• Partner with local accounting teams to improve customer management processes.
• Other duties may be assigned based on company business needs by the Regional Commercial Controller NA and the local commercial team.

Education, Experience and Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree (Accounting or Finance) Required
• 3+Year of FP&A Work Experience Preferred
• ERP Experience with SFDC, SAP, Oracle Preferred
• Advanced Microsoft Suite, Advanced Excel is critical Proficiency High
• Excellent interpersonal skills and above average writing and verbal communication skills to work with individuals at all levels of the organization Proficiency High
• Desire to work in a high paced collaborative, teamwork-oriented environment Proficiency High
