Restaurant Manager

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team to oversee our dining establishment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the culinary arts and hospitality management, ensuring exceptional customer service and operational efficiency. Previous restaurant management experience and ServSafe Food Protection Manager certification is required , along with a strong inclination to learn, must be able to direct others, understand what it takes to have the restaurant inspection ready, and attention to detail a must. Duties Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including supervising staff, overseeing the kitchen, and ensuring quality service Maintain high standards of food safety and cleanliness in compliance with regulations Interview, hire, train, and schedule employees to provide excellent customer service Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly Qualifications Previous experience in restaurant management or a related role Strong knowledge of food safety protocols and catering practices Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team Proficiency in interviewing, hiring, and training staff members Exceptional customer service skills to ensure guest satisfaction Familiarity with kitchen operations and equipment maintenance Qualities Fun, Energetic, Passionate Team working in a Fast Paced Environment Positive Attitude Culture of Hospitality, Quality, and Cleanliness. Complete and hold to our Training Materials and Specifications. Duties Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of service. Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability. Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed. Create and maintain employee schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels. Train and mentor staff to provide excellent customer service and uphold company policies. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner. Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth food production and timely delivery of orders. Skills Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the food service industry. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of food safety regulations and health codes. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in using restaurant management software and POS systems.
