LPN or LVN required in the state of practice 2 years of experience as LPN preferred Possession of working knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid home health care benefits, policies and procedures preferred Positive attitude Dedication to quality patient care Strong communication skills Reliable transportation to perform job duties Apply with Elara Caring today!
