Responsibilities Title: Occupational Therapy Assistant Location/work environment: In facility Reporting structure: Reporting to Director of Rehab As an Occupational Therapy Assistant, you help patients get well by implementing occupational therapy programs and activities, following developed recovery plans, and delivering therapy treatments. You address the whole patient, seeing them as an individual, and execute programs that restore, reinforce, and enhance their physical abilities and independence. You adapt to patients' needs, collaborate with peers, and prioritize putting patients first, ensuring high‑quality care in a caring, compassionate atmosphere. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant Program according to AOTA & ACOTE standards. Initial certification obtained from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy. Must be licensed and/or eligible for licensure as required in the state of practice. Compensation Posted Salary Range: USD $32.00 – $40.00 per hour. Bonus: USD $15,000.00 #J-18808-Ljbffr
