Registered Nurse | RN Location: St. Paul's Senior Living Community | Belleville, IL. As a Registered Nurse (RN), you are responsible for ensuring the delivery of efficient and effective nursing care while achieving positive clinical outcomes and resident/family satisfaction. You will operate within the scope of practice defined by the state Nurse Practice Act. In this role you will provide resident care and direction of nursing care during your assigned shift; this includes staff assignments, mentoring and educating nursing personnel, and working with physicians and other medical professionals.
