The TL;DR Role: Internship Type: Seasonal Location: In-person Team: Finance (FP&A, Business Finance, or Tax) Mission: Help meet business objectives and ensure timely, accurate, and insightful analysis of business performance and forecasts. Tech Stack: Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint What You’ll Actually Do Analyze: Analyze business performance and forecasts to ensure timely and insightful reporting that meets objectives. Improve: Participate in process improvement projects, driving simplification and standardization across work streams. Support: Provide financial support for complex business decisions through data mining and trend analysis. Learn: Gain hands‑on experience with various business software and systems applications. Engage: Participate in special activities, professional presentations, and networking opportunities for summer interns. The Must‑Haves Background: Student currently enrolled full‑time at an accredited college or university, pursuing an academic major in Finance or Accounting. Rising Seniors or rising Juniors preferred. Experience: Understanding of finance and accounting concepts and principles. Skills: Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint proficiency; Financial information research and analysis; Strong communication skills.
