Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

  Assess patients respiratory conditions and develop individualized care plans.

  Administer treatments such as oxygen therapy, aerosol medications, and ventilation support.
  
  
• 
  Monitor patient responses and adjust treatment protocols accordingly.
  
  
• 
  Maintain accurate documentation of patient care activities and clinical observations.
  
  
• 
  Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, including proper identification and badge protocols.
  
  
• 
  Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Current licensure or certification as a Respiratory Therapist.
  
  
• 
  Proven experience in a hospital or clinical setting, preferably with night shift coverage.
  
  
• 
  Strong assessment and critical thinking skills.

  Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

  Ability to efficiently operate respiratory therapy equipment.

  Flexibility to work every other weekend and adapt to shift requirements.
