Job Summary:
Outpatient Physical Therapist in Conyers, Georgia. This role involves evaluating assigned patients, developing and modifying treatment plans tailored to individual needs, and ensuring effective functional recovery. The position emphasizes patient safety, professional development, and adherence to organizational values and standards.
Job Details:
- Shift: Days, 8 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; at least 1 year of outpatient clinical experience; CPR certification; active applicable license for the state of Georgia; minimum of 0 years of experience required.
- Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience with the organization or outpatient settings is highly desired.
- Additional Information: Performs comprehensive patient evaluations, develops individualized treatment goals, and completes all documentation adhering to state and federal guidelines. Provides supervision and mentorship to students, engages in professional development activities, and complies with all regulatory requirements. Demonstrates commitment to patient and staff safety, incorporating safety practices across clinical duties.
