Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required. Strong computer skills and technological proficiency required. Experience in either formal or informal education is a strong plus. Audio-visual experience is a plus. Responsibilities Provide technology support to faculty, staff, and students, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues. Assist with the integration of technology into lessons and school programs. Communicate technical information clearly and empathetically to users with varying levels of expertise. Collaborate with IT staff to maintain a safe, effective, and accessible technology environment.
