Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active state licensure (or ability to obtain prior to start date)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP), or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• Prior experience working with pediatric populations in educational settings is highly desirable
• Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
• Ability to adapt therapy approaches to individual student needs

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, and communication challenges
• Deliver direct therapy sessions to students, either individually or in groups
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
• Maintain accurate records, document interventions, and prepare progress reports in accordance with school and state requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings, providing input and recommendations for student goals and services
• Provide consultation and resources to staff and families to foster student success
