Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess patients using telemetry equipment.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Recognize and respond to changes in patient conditions.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and recovery.

Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 1 year of recent Telemetry nursing experience (preferred)
• Current BLS Certification (required)
• ACLS Certification (preferred/required by facility if applicable)
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) is a plus
