We are seeking a Coffee Shop Manager who will oversee daily operations, lead our team of baristas, and ensure each guest has an exceptional experience. Our ideal candidate is a motivated leader with strong organizational skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. This is a full-time seasonal position.Responsibilities:Oversee the daily operations of the Chair Coffee ShopLead, train, and motivate a team of baristasProvide creative direction for menu development, including specialty drinks and baked goodsAssist with in-house baking and ensure high-quality offeringsManage hiring, staffing, and scheduling to maintain efficient operationsEnsure excellent customer service and maintain a welcoming atmosphereMaintain inventory, order supplies, and manage costs effectivelyUphold cleanliness and health standards in accordance with regulationsQualifications:Previous experience in a leadership role within a coffee shop, café, or similar settingStrong knowledge of coffee preparation, brewing methods, and menu developmentExperience in baking or an interest in expanding baked good offeringsProven ability to train, manage, and inspire a teamExcellent organizational and multitasking skillsPassion for customer service and creating a welcoming environmentAbility to work in a fast-paced, high-volume settingAvailability to work weekends and holidays as needed
