Digital Marketing Manager

Position Overview The Manager, Digital Marketing is responsible for driving the execution, performance, and optimization of digital content across all guest-facing platforms, including the company website, mobile app, and email marketing channels. Reporting directly to the Associate Director of Digital Marketing, this role is instrumental in shaping a high-performing digital presence that reflects the elevated standards of the resort while delivering measurable business impact. As the resort’s primary digital storefront, the website is the most critical guest touchpoint. This role will focus heavily on managing, optimizing, and enhancing the digital guest experience—ensuring it is accurate, visually compelling, and strategically designed to drive engagement, conversion, and revenue. This position is ideal for a technically driven digital marketer who thrives at the intersection of content, performance, analytics, and UX/UI optimization, and is passionate about continuously improving the digital guest journey. Essential Duties and Responsibilities The following and other duties may be assigned as necessary: Own the day-to-day updates and ongoing optimization of the company website Ensure content meets the highest standards of accuracy, timeliness, and brand excellence Remove expired content and past events within 24 hours to maintain a polished, current site experience Continuously improve content, site structure, and user flows to enhance engagement and conversion Apply an understanding of UX/UI principles to optimize usability, navigation, and overall digital experience Leverage analytics and performance data to inform updates and enhancements Serve as the digital steward of the website, ensuring alignment with brand standards and business objectives Manage updates across staging (test) and production (live) environments Follow best practices for staging, QA, and deployment to ensure seamless releases Utilize working knowledge of HTML to support content updates and troubleshooting Manage and maintain digital assets (copy, imagery, video) with consistency and precision Monitor website performance and user behavior using Google Analytics and related tools Translate performance data into actionable insights that improve content effectiveness and user experience Support a performance-driven content strategy aligned with business goals Utilize testing platforms (e.g., Optimizely) to run experiments and validate improvements Execute SEO best practices, including: Keyword strategy Metadata optimization Alt-text implementation Structured content and media tagging Ensure all content is optimized for search visibility and discoverability Stay current with evolving trends such as Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and AI-driven search Oversee content updates and enhancements for the mobile app Ensure consistency and seamless experience across all digital touchpoints Maintain accurate and up-to-date business listings across third-party platforms, including, but not limited to: Google Business Profile Yelp Support end-to-end content creation for restaurant and resort email campaigns Partner with the CRM team to: Develop monthly newsletter content Enhance pre-arrival guest communications Assist with campaign scheduling, deployment, and performance optimization Partner with internal teams (F&B, hotel operations, entertainment, etc.) to execute content updates Build strong cross-functional relationships to ensure alignment and timely delivery Collaborate with external vendors and partners as needed Maintain a polished and professional presence in all interactions Support on-property digital display content Create and refine written and visual digital content Proactively identify opportunities to enhance digital experience and drive performance Temporary or permanent duties and responsibilities may be added to or modified as deemed necessary Qualification Requirements To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Strong working knowledge of HTML High proficiency in Google Analytics and website performance tools Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals, including metadata, alt-text, and structured content Understanding of UX/UI principles and their application to improving digital experiences and conversion Familiarity with emerging trends such as AEO and AI-driven discovery Strong copywriting skills with ability to produce brand-aligned content Experience with digital asset management (copy, images, media) Experience with email marketing platforms (campaign setup, scheduling, deployment) Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Technically driven and performance-oriented Strong understanding of the relationship between UX/UI, content, and conversion Highly detail-oriented, polished, and accountable Proactive, solutions-focused, and forward-thinking Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally Strong sense of ownership over digital platforms and outcomes Passionate about continuous improvement and elevating the guest experience Experience in luxury hospitality preferred, but not required Preferred / Bonus Experience building or managing basic websites Experience with testing platforms (e.g., Optimizely) Background in hospitality, lifestyle, or luxury brands Supervisory Responsibilities This does not have any supervisory responsibilities.
