Products Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member (Location: Glendale Hts, IL, Full Time) Position Overview We are seeking an energetic professional to join our winning team as a Products Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member. This role focuses on customer service, education about insurance options, and achieving marketing targets to support business growth. Responsibilities Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, addressing inquiries on insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification. Use a customer‑focused, needs‑based review process to educate customers about insurance options. Collaborate with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals. Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services. Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred. Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills. Ability to achieve mutually agreed marketing goals. Experience in marketing. Property and Casualty license (must be currently held). Life and Health license (must be able to obtain). Compensation: $40,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year. This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies.
