Medical Coding & Charge Capture Specialist

DaMar Staffing

Kaiser Permanente is seeking a Medical Coder to ensure accurate coding of diagnostic and procedure services in line with CMS, NCQA, and internal policies. You will review charge sessions, code encounters, and query providers for documentation clarity using the KPHC Charge capture tool.
