What you’ll bring to the role:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active (or eligible) state license as an SLP
• Credentials as SLP-CCC or pursuing SLP-CFY
• Strong foundation in evaluating and treating speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
• Passion for working with school-aged children in culturally responsive school-based settings
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills

Primary responsibilities include:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Deliver targeted therapy to support speech and language development across diverse student needs
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and progress reports on student growth
• Collaborate closely with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to maximize student achievement
• Participate in IEP meetings, provide counseling, and offer resources for families
