Summary The Photo and Video Producer plans and executes advertising, digital, social, and fashion show photo and video shoots for luxury brands and licensees. This role partners with marketing, design, creative, and operations teams to manage administrative and production tasks, from budgeting and talent booking to on‑set team coordination and travel logistics. The position supports hybrid working with regular office collaboration. Responsibilities Develop shoot campaigns with in‑house creative, art directors, stylists, design, casting, and operations Research and propose talent to fit creative concepts Negotiate talent and crew rates and usage and book relevant crew Source and partner with local production companies Generate detailed shoot estimates and manage budgets Coordinate and secure travel arrangements for crews Manage on‑set teams in partnership with hired production company Reconcile shoot related billing and expenses Requirements Strong negotiation and budget management skills Concise and effective communication skills Highly detailed and organized with strong multitasking ability Strategic thinker and problem solver who works well under pressure Able to work independently and collaboratively with internal teams Flexible schedule to work outside local time zone as needed Ability to travel as needed Comfortable with hybrid work arrangements and regular office presence #J-18808-Ljbffr brobstongroup.com - Jobboard
