Lakeside Dentistry is seeking a highly professional and motivated Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our established, privately owned family practice. We are looking for a clinician with a gentle touch who is passionate about oral health and possesses strong communication skills. Requirements

• Basic life support
• Cardiopulmonary resuscitation
• Licensed dental hygienist

Licensure: Active and valid Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in the state of Washington.
Certifications: Current CPR and AED certifications.
Clinical Skills: Strong foundational knowledge in both hygiene and restorative procedures.
Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional verbal communication skills and a gentle, patient-centered clinical approach.

Job Description

Clinical Hygiene: Perform professional dental cleanings, including scaling and root planing, with a focus on patient comfort.
Restorative Care: Utilize restorative skills to assist in patient treatment and overall oral health maintenance.
Patient Assessments: Conduct thorough screenings, including oral cancer exams, periodontal charting, and health history reviews.
Diagnostics: Capture high-quality digital radiographs to assist in accurate diagnosis and treatment planning.
Education: Counsel patients on personalized oral hygiene strategies and the importance of preventative care.
Team Collaboration: Participate in monthly staff meetings and contribute to the practices continuous improvement.
