About the Role
The Company is in search of a Managing Director for M&A Advisory. The successful candidate will be a senior-level M&A professional with a proven track record in deal origination and execution. Key responsibilities for this role include leading M&A and capital markets transactions across various sectors, managing the deal process from start to finish, and building and maintaining relationships with business owners, investors, and referral sources. The role demands a candidate with a strong network, the ability to work independently, and a high level of performance in a remote-first, entrepreneurial environment. The ideal candidate for the Managing Director position at the company will have a background that demonstrates the ability to source, pitch, and close middle-market transactions.
