Key Responsibilities Support attorneys in a busy litigation practice Manage court filings in state and federal courts Monitor and track deadlines, hearings, and case milestones Prepare, format, proofread, and finalize legal documents Create and maintain Tables of Contents (TOC) and Tables of Authorities (TOA) Coordinate document production and case management activities Maintain electronic files and document management systems Assist with new matter intake and administrative case support Qualifications 5+ years of experience as a Legal Secretary, Litigation Legal Assistant, or Litigation Paralegal Strong knowledge of court filing procedures and litigation workflows Experience preparing TOAs and TOCs Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and document management systems Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills Compensation $48.00 - $60.00 per hour plus bonus potential and a comprehensive benefits package.
