Emergency Medicine Medical Director

TeamHealth is seeking an emergency medicine medical director to join our team at AdventHealth Winter Park in Winter Park, Florida. As the FMD, you will be responsible for the clinical and administrative oversight of the emergency department, ensuring high-quality patient care, operational excellence, and strategic alignment with AdventHealth's values and goals.

• Lead and manage a team of EM physicians and advanced practice clinicians
• Oversee clinical performance, quality metrics, and patient experience initiatives
• Collaborate with hospital leadership to ensure optimal ED operations and integration with hospital services
• Drive innovation, efficiency, and best practices in emergency medicine delivery
• Serve as a mentor and role model for clinical staff and promote a culture of excellence and compassion
