Schedule: Day Shift: 0700-1730
Assignment Details:
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
Requirements:
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree required (only if obtained license on or after January 2016) or foreign equivalent.
- Physical Therapy licensure in all applicable states of practice required.
- AHA BLS certification required.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and treat patients with physical disabilities or pain.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and progress.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Educate patients and families on effective therapeutic techniques and home exercises.
- Document patient care accurately and in a timely manner.
