Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)Compensation: $37-$39/hour | Per Diem | Hampton Roads, VA

- • Valid LPN license
- • At least 1 year of experience in a facility setting
- • Current BLS/CPR certification
- • PPD test completed within the last year
- • Capability to fulfill the physical demands of the role, with or without reasonable accommodations. No weight restrictions apply.
- • Deliver nursing care in accordance with LPN standards
- • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- • Gather and record patient information accurately
- • Provide wound care and educate patients
- • Observe and report any changes in patient conditions
- • Assist patients with daily living activities as necessary
- • Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals
- • Undertake additional LPN responsibilities as required by the facility
