PT - Physical Therapist

Position is full-time, 40 hours per week. Clinic hours are as follows: Monday: 10:30 AM - 8:00 PM Tuesday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Thursday: 10:30 AM - 8:00 PM Friday: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM Job Description The Outpatient Physical Therapist is responsible for evaluating patients and developing, implementing, and modifying treatment plans based on patient needs, goals, and physician direction. The role involves delegating and directing therapy services for assigned patients while ensuring the design of functional treatment programs that facilitate effective community reintegration. The therapist serves as an educator for patients, families, and colleagues. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive evaluations of assigned patients. Utilize clinical reasoning to create treatment plans and goals aimed at progressing patients toward discharge. Ensure accurate, timely medical record documentation and compliance with all relevant guidelines. Participate in student training programs by providing supervision and evaluations. Engage in professional development and maintain licensure in good standing. Contribute to organizational performance improvement initiatives. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school. 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience. Current CPR Certification.
