About This Role As an RN in the Emergency Department at Cleveland Clinic Weston Hospital, you will deliver exceptional patient care in a fast-paced environment, interacting directly with patients and their families while providing healthcare education. Highlights Location: Weston, FL Facility: Cleveland Clinic Weston Hospital Department/Unit: Emergency Department Schedule: Full-time, Night shift What You'll Do Provide direct nursing care. Implement, monitor, evaluate, update and revise patient care plans. Monitor, record, document and communicate patients’ conditions. Administer prescribed medications and treatments. Note and carry out physician and nursing orders. Assess and coordinate patients’ discharge needs. Educate patients and their families. Requirements Education Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing (Diploma, ADN or BSN program) Experience 1 year of current acute care RN experience and/or Emergency Department (ED) experience OR licensed military RN experience Licenses & Certifications Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) and PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) through American Heart Association (AHA) or ALS through American Red Cross upon hire or within one year of beginning work in the Emergency Department Benefits RN Loan Repayment program to help pay off student debt Tuition Reimbursement program to reinvest in your career Relocation assistance for eligible candidates Center for Workplace Violence Prevention and Caregiver Well-Being resources About Cleveland Clinic Cleveland Clinic is a leading healthcare provider committed to delivering exceptional patient care.
