About The Role

• Facilitate client workshops and meetings to gather, document, and analyze business needs.
• Evaluate current-state and future-state procedures, controls, and functional specifications to identify system gaps.
• Translate business needs into clear documentation for application and technology architecture.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software issues while ensuring a seamless user experience.
• Propose enhancements to improve business processes, reports, and application functionality.
• Conduct market and client research, including industry analysis and competitive assessments.
• Deliver high-quality consulting deliverables including presentations, reports, and proposals.
• Contribute to reusable consulting methodologies, templates, and business cases.
• Assist with scripting and project planning tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in MIS, Computer Science, Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in a consulting environment.
• Hands-on experience with Allegro ETRM system — including implementation, configuration, and customization.
• Familiarity with project lifecycles, from strategy through go-live.
• Strong analytical and documentation skills, including process mapping and requirements gathering.
• Experience leading user testing, training, and post-implementation support.
• Background in energy, power, or financial services industries is a plus.
• Proven ability to produce compelling proposals and execute complex project plans.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
