The role:The successful candidate will manage their own caseload with confidence and should have at least 3 years' experience in residential conveyancing and good case management skills. You will rub your own residential conveyancing files, from first instruction through to completion. this will include reviewing titles, raising enquiries, preparing contracts, and keeping clients, agents, and lenders updated throughout.
