As a Workers' Compensation Attorney, you will work in a primarily remote environment, with as-needed travel for meetings, depositions and appearances. Compensation $150,000 - $220,000 / year Quarterly Bonus Opportunities. Lunch & Learn opportunities for billing credit. 90 hours of annual billing credit available upon meeting eligibility requirements. Daily Objectives Manage the WC process from beginning to end, including all aspects of discovery and litigation. Work closely with insurance companies, employers, and third-party administrators. Utilize Attorney-led technology built for WC cases, including AI solutions. Take and defend Depositions. Advocate for clients in hearings, mandatory settlement conferences, hearings and trials. Skills & Experience 3 - 5+ years of CA Workers' Comp experience. Active license and in good-standing with the California State Bar. Juris Doctorate Degree. Superior research, analytical, and negotiating ability. Excellent written and oral communication. Commitment to proactive case management.
