Salary: $20-$30

Were hiring a high-initiative Executive Mortgage Concierge to support a top-producing mortgage originator. This is a true right-hand role for someone who sees what needs to be done, takes ownership, and keeps everything moving forward.

Youll work closely with the originator, processors, clients, and referral partners to ensure smooth loan flow, exceptional client care, and strong operational support. If you love organization, people, and being at the center of the action, this role offers variety, responsibility, and impact.

Licensing Requirement:

Active NMLS Loan Originator License, or

Eligible, able, and willing to obtain an NMLS license within 90 days of hire

Mortgage or loan origination experience is strongly preferred.

What Youll Be Doing

Mortgage Operations & Loan Support

Manage daily execution and follow-up for a high-producing mortgage originator

Coordinate file flow, timelines, documentation, and communication between the originator, processor, clients, and internal teams

Run basic loan scenarios and numbers for clients as needed

Provide regular loan status updates to realtors and referral partners

Track open items and proactively keep files moving toward closing

Client Experience:

Serve as a consistent point of contact throughout the loan process

Deliver a polished, white-glove borrower experience

Communicate next steps, updates, and expectations clearly and professionally

CRM, Workflows & Follow-Up

Maintain CRM accuracy, borrower tagging, and database organization

Manage workflows, task lists, and follow-ups so nothing falls through the cracks

Keep systems clean, current, and aligned with active pipeline needs

Marketing & Communication Support

Execute social media posting and coordination

Assist with light marketing execution, including email campaigns, templates, reminders, and scheduling

Support ongoing branding and communication efforts

Administrative & Executive Support:

Handle business-related and occasional personal errands that improve efficiency

Provide a daily end-of-day recap summarizing progress, wins, and outstanding items

What Were Looking For:

Clear, confident, and professional communication skills

Comfortable managing multiple priorities independently

Enjoys collaboration and being the person everything flows through

Social media and marketing execution experience strongly preferred

Mortgage, loan origination, real estate, or operations experience preferred
