Registered Nurse (RN)

Position Summary The primary purpose of the role is to assess residents’ needs, develop individualized care plans, administer nursing care, evaluate outcomes, and supervise nursing assistants and other personnel in a skilled nursing facility setting. The RN ensures compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, community nursing policies and procedures, and maintains health, sanitation, and infection control standards. Responsibilities Assess resident needs and develop individualized care plans. Administer nursing care, evaluate outcomes, and supervise staff. Follow health, sanitary, and infection control policies. Maintain standards of practice set by community administration. Qualifications Valid RN license in the state of employment. Current CPR certification. Basic computer skills and ability to navigate electronic health record software. Shift & Wage Full‑time, 7:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.; sign‑on bonus: \$5,000; wages per facility details. Benefits Daily pay.
