Job Description About the role Every day, the donors you meet will motivate you. The high-quality plasma you collect will become life-changing medicines. You will report to the Center Manager and oversee the general management of employees assigned to the production areas. How you will contribute Oversee employee performance and scheduling Lead Inventory Control efforts and lead in operational efforts Work with donors to resolve concerns Analyze opportunities specific to non-conforming events Perform all tasks for Medical History, Phlebotomy, and Sample Processing areas Foster teamwork, communicate and resolve conflicts What you bring to Takeda High school diploma or equivalent Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and AED certification Frequent bending and reaching Ability to walk and stand for entire shift, frequent lifting to 32 pounds and occasional lifting to 50 pounds Fine motor coordination, depth perception, and ability to monitor equipment from a distance Because of potential exposure to bloodborne pathogens, prolonged glove wear is required What Takeda can offer you We offer a purpose you can believe in, a team you can count on, opportunities for career growth, and a comprehensive benefits program to include retirement benefits, medical/dental, family leave, disability insurance and more, all in a fast-paced, friendly environment.
