Qualifications:

Active Texas Physical Therapist (PT) License required
Experience or interest in pediatric and school-based physical therapy preferred
Strong communication skills to collaborate with families and educational staff
Compassionate, adaptable, and dedicated to student success

Key Responsibilities:

Provide tailored physical therapy sessions for one student per week
Develop and implement IEP goals with measurable outcomes
Document progress and make informed recommendations for supports or adaptations
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and related service providers to promote student engagement
Ensure compliance with school policies, state regulations, and ethical standards
Adapt interventions and strategies to meet evolving student needs
