Occupational Health Registered Nurse
Eurofins Agroscience Services North Carolina
Eurofins seeks a registered nurse to manage occupational health services and ensure regulatory compliance at their Lincoln facility. The role involves coordinating physical evaluations, maintaining health records, supporting return-to-work programs, and collaborating with safety and human resources teams.
Responsibilities
- Manage occupational health evaluations and programs meeting OSHA, DOT, and CDC requirements
- Maintain OSHA records, worker medical files, and patient data in electronic systems
- Assess healthcare needs and implement programs to support return-to-work initiatives
- Collaborate with environmental health, safety, and HR to develop injury prevention and health surveillance controls
- Identify prevention strategies and health promotion activities to optimize workforce health
Requirements
- Active, good-standing state registered nurse license
- 2+ years healthcare field experience
- Occupational health and case management experience preferred
- BLS certification
- Proficiency with electronic medical record systems
- Understanding of federal and state occupational health regulations
- Strong communication and customer service skills
