Make a positive impact in the educational environment by providing expert behavioral analysis services in a contract role serving diverse K-12 students. This full-time opportunity involves working across three schools within the district, including one site in Northbrook and two in Skokie. You'll collaborate with educators and support staff, playing a key role in fostering healthy, supportive learning spaces.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
  • Previous experience working in schools, especially with K-12 students, preferred
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to manage time effectively and travel between locations as needed
  • Dedication to delivering evidence-based, student-focused interventions

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide behavior analytic services to K-12 students across the three school sites
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and school administrators to implement behavioral strategies
  • Train and support school staff regarding best practices for behavior management
  • Monitor progress and adjust intervention strategies as needed to support student success
  • Maintain thorough, compliant documentation in accordance with school and professional guidelines
