Minimum Qualifications: Proven experience as a medical secretary or administrative assistant in a healthcare setting. Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional phone manner. Responsibilities: Schedule and confirm patient appointments efficiently while managing the calendar for multiple healthcare providers. Maintain and update electronic medical records (EMR) ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in compliance with healthcare regulations. Verifying insurance information and submitting medical claims. Answer and manage multi-line phone systems to address patient inquiries, appointment requests, and direct calls to appropriate medical staff. Coordinate communication between patients and other healthcare professionals to facilitate seamless care delivery.
