Supporting corporate governance and compliance functions, the full-time California Licensed Associate Counsel will manage entity lifecycle, prepare legal documents, and provide legal guidance across a multi-jurisdictional space-technology business in a remote capacity. Key responsibilities Support corporate governance and maintain accurate corporate records for entities in the U.S., Luxembourg, and the Netherlands Manage statutory compliance and coordinate filings with local corporate service providers and external counsel Review, draft, and negotiate a variety of commercial and corporate agreements, providing practical legal guidance to internal teams Required qualifications A law degree and qualification to practice as a lawyer in a relevant jurisdiction (e.g., J.D. and bar admission in the U.S.) 5+ years of relevant legal experience in-house or at a reputable law firm, focusing on corporate and compliance matters Strong contract management and drafting skills, with experience in formal contract management systems Solid knowledge of corporate law and governance, with an interest in compliance frameworks in a multi-jurisdictional environment Excellent written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate legal concepts to non-legal audiences
