Overview Physical Therapist (General) – White River Junction, VT area; Start 09/07/2026; 16 weeks; $1,963–$2,035 per week; Guaranteed hours: 32; Shift: Days; Setting: Home healthcare - hospice; Travel assignment Weekly pay: $1,963–$2,035 per week Guaranteed hours: 32 per week Contract duration: 16 weeks Shift: Days Start date: 09/07/2026 Setting: Home healthcare - hospice Responsibilities Screen, evaluate, re-evaluate, and treat patients in a home health setting Develop and implement individualized physical therapy treatment plans in line with agency policies and professional standards Coordinate and communicate treatment activities with the interdisciplinary care team and patients Document evaluations, treatment goals, progress, and outcomes Educate patients and family members on the rationale for treatments and procedures Requirements Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy Licensed Physical Therapist in VT and NH, or hold an unencumbered compact license Minimum 1 year of PT experience in a home healthcare setting Ability to work effectively in a home-based care environment Benefits and Support 24/7 recruiter and travel support Dedicated support throughout the assignment Housing assistance options Extension opportunities Fast credentialing Please note: Pay rates and guaranteed hours are estimates and may vary.
