Candidate can be a licensed MD, DO, FNP, or PA. This position is located at our clinic in The Dalles, Oregon. Full-time position, 4 days/ week- 32 patient contact hours. Plus 8hs of clinical asynchronous care time. Provide comprehensive family medicine services to your own panel of patients. Work in a collaborative environment, alongside experienced clinicians. Qualifications: Graduation from an accredited allopathic or osteopathic medical school with current Board Certification Current Oregon NP or PA license. DEA licensure in good standing. Preferred Qualifications: 3 years' experience in Primary Care Experience with Epic EMR Life, Long-Term Disability, Accident, & Critical Illness Insurance Empower Retirement 401k 200 hours of Paid Time Off (PTO) plus an additional six (6) paid holidays Site qualified for HRSA loan repayment program!
