Dig In: Bring our active learning curriculum to life while letting kids explore their own unique ideas. Lead the Way: Guide playful activities indoors and out—from movement and dance to ninja and more! Cultivate Growth: Encourage social, emotional, and cognitive development through creativity and care. Own It: Partner with your team to maintain high licensing and Sunrays safety standards. What We’re Looking For A High School Diploma & 6 months in a licensed childcare facility NAC / CDA / CCP / CPC 12 total credits (6 in ECE) & 6 months child experience Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in ECE or a closely related field (no experience necessary!)
