Speech Pathologist
The Speech Pathologist provides one-to-one, patient-centered care using advanced technology and clinical expertise in the home setting. Care is delivered through a multidisciplinary approach, collaborating with physicians, nursing staff, social workers and home health aides. Candidates must be highly motivated, detail-oriented, organized, technologically proficient and comfortable working autonomously.
Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized speech therapy services in patients' homes
- Deliver patient-centered, compassionate care
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support comprehensive care plans
- Utilize advanced and easy-to-use clinical technology
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Demonstrate flexibility, strong communication skills and professional accountability

Minimum Qualifications:
- Meets educational and experience requirements for Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA OR
- Meets educational requirements and is currently completing the supervised experience required for certification, registration or licensure in the State of Michigan (if applicable)
