As a Security Officer Warehouse Patrol in Santa Fe, NM , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Transportation, and more. Join Allied Universal as a Security Officer in a transportation location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment through strong customer service and communication. In this unarmed patrol role, you will bring agility, reliability, and integrity to each shift while working as part of a caring, innovative team.

Pay Rate: $21.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access practices, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a transportation location.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts when needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, operational areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials when required, and report policy violations, maintenance issues, and/or suspicious behavior according to post instructions.
• Support day-to-day location operations by maintaining a visible presence, providing directions and assistance, and completing required logs, reports, and other security-related documentation.

Minimum Requirements:

• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
