• Define and execute the technical content roadmap aligned with product releases and customer needs.
• Identify gaps in documentation, learning modules, and technical collateral to improve adoption and satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field, OR equivalent practical experience. 5+ years of experience in program management, technical content creation, or product documentation. Strong technical background in cloud services, developer platforms, or enterprise software (e.g., Azure, M365, Co Pilots Dynamics, Power Platform, AI/ML). Excellent communication skills with ability to explain complex technical concepts to varied audiences.

Required Skills

Drive creation of technical assets such as docs, tutorials, whitepapers, reference architectures, demos, and learning paths. Partner with engineering and product teams to ensure accuracy, completeness, and alignment with technical strategy.
