Pepsi Bottling Venturesis seeking a Merchandiser to join our team.

We make sell and distribute PepsiCo and other beverages. We do business in five states and sell PepsiCo beverages to most of the market in our geographic regions. We also develop our own line of beverages producing and distributing a growing product line nationally.

Merchandiser Role Overview

Merchandises products by stocking shelves rotating products setting up displays cooler stocking/rotation backroom organization and moving products from backroom to sales floor. Accurately orders product for the next delivery.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Fills and merchandises all coolers displays racks shelves and/or vendors in accordance with PBV standards.

• Sells and executes all promotions.

• Creates and utilizes point-of-sale signage.

• Develops good customer relations.

• Services all customers as scheduled.

• Orders product and /or runs invoices.

• Cleans equipment maintains backroom storage in an orderly fashion and rotates stock.

• Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED highly preferred.

• Three to five years of relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a high school diploma or GED.

• Valid drivers license required.

• Must be able to perform basic financial calculations such as addition subtraction multiplication and division.

• Must have good oral and written communication skills.

• Must be able to perform heavy physical labor for extended periods of time.

• Must be able to work in a fast-paced ever-changing environment.

• Must be able to meet PBV driving qualifications.

• Must be able to work hours necessary to complete assigned tasks.

• Must have a positive attitude and attention to detail.

• Must be able to work in a team environment.

• Must be a self-starter with excellent follow-up skills.

• Must be customer-oriented and focused.
