This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Work Schedule: Wednesday to Friday, 11 AM to 11 PM. This position also requires 5-6 call shifts per month.

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Operating Room Nurse (RN) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Orthopedic, Neuro/Spine, and Robotic procedures. You will provide exceptional patient care in a fast-paced surgical environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain the operating room for surgical procedures.
• Collaborate with surgical staff to ensure the safety and well-being of patients.
• Administer medications and monitor patient vitals during surgery.
• Assist in various surgical procedures including neuro, spine, orthopedic trauma, and robotics.
• Maintain sterile techniques and adhere to safety protocols at all times.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Valid RN license in the state of Texas.
• Experience in Orthopedic, Neuro/Spine, Robotics, or trauma preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
