Accountant

We are seeking an Accountant to support day-to-day accounting operations and financial reporting. Reporting to the Corporate Controller, this role will be responsible for AP, AR, payroll, general ledger accounting, reconciliations, month-end close, and compliance activities. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes Process bi-weekly payroll through ADP Workforce Now and support payroll compliance Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end close activities Assist with financial reporting, audits, cash forecasting, and compliance reporting Monitor collections, process employee expenses, and maintain vendor/customer records Support SOX controls, internal audits, and process improvement initiatives Collaborate with Finance, HR, and operational teams on accounting projects and reporting needs Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 3-9 years of accounting experience, including GL, AP/AR, payroll, and/or month-end close Experience with payroll systems; ADP Workforce Now preferred ERP experience required; SAP Business One preferred Strong Excel skills and understanding of accounting principles Experience supporting audits and financial documentation preferred SOX compliance or public company experience is a plus Why Join Us?
