Base Pay $18.00 / Hour Employee Type Non-Exempt Contact information Phone View phone number on click.appcast.io Description Outbound Lead – Warehouse Operations Grapevine, TX $18.00 per hour We are seeking a reliable and motivated Outbound Lead to support daily warehouse operations in Grapevine, TX. This role is ideal for someone with leadership experience in a fast-paced fulfillment or logistics environment who can drive efficiency, maintain quality standards, and support team performance. Schedule Monday through Thursday, 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM Must be flexible to work weekends as needed Weekend support required during peak seasons, including major holidays (e.g., Black Friday, Cyber Monday) Responsibilities Lead and support warehouse team members on the floor Train new hires and help improve team performance Ensure orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time Adjust workflow based on volume and priorities Maintain a safe work environment and follow all safety guidelines Help manage incoming and outgoing shipments Qualifications 1–3 years of warehouse, logistics, or fulfillment experience Leadership or team lead experience preferred Familiarity with warehouse systems (WMS) is a plus Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for long periods (8–12 hours) Lift up to 40 lbs regularly; team lift heavier items as needed Comfortable with bending, reaching, climbing, and working in a warehouse environment Able to work in varying temperatures and conditions #J-18808-Ljbffr T E C Industrial Inc
